I really had to laugh at the LA Times for printing this absurd article about remaking bridesmaid dresses into things for the home. Turning your crinoline bridesmaid dress into a headboard or a throw? Come now. I'm all about re-making things and recycling but this was insane. There's something called the Salvation Army and I'm pretty sure that's the best place for a bridesmaid dress you'll never wear again.

Now I know where the term "dripping in diamonds" comes from. This chandelier is quite a display of chintzy glam. I bet someone like Kimora Lee Simmons would have this in her living room. Well. Rubber furniture. What will they think of next? Like it or hate it? I need opinions. I think it's very cartoony (which I like) but is it really chic to sit on furniture that feels like a tire?
I'll admit it. I'm a bit of a priss. For some reason I am always drawn to pink, feathery, fluffy, and feminine when it comes to interior decor details. I really love this mat from Twinkle Living. It's got a very glamorous look to it - but it could also pose as a piece of high art. It would get a beating in my bathroom so I think it would look best by my kitchen sink!

may shock you. I decided to vamp up my toilet by trying out a - tada!- toilet tattoo! It's basically a cling vinyl that you can put on your toilet to add some decor to your pisser. Here's a photo of how it looks in my bathroom.
Classy right? I mean - damask always looks good in a bathroom.
